Paraguay and its opportunities

Paraguay is the geographically most central country in South America, and one of Sandrin's export destinations. The capital, Asunción, located on the banks of the Paraguay River, is home to the grand Government Palace and the Museo del Barro, which displays pre-Columbian ceramics or as we know it today, Guarani.

The indigenous cultural heritage of these people remains present throughout the territory, bringing its essence also to the production and organization of built environments. In this context, understanding and respect for nature, climate, geography and sustainability stand out, recognized today as pillars of good architecture.

Sandrin moodboard inspired by local architecture

Over the last century, the country has undergone significant transformations. Currently, in addition to rediscovering its past through new architectural practices, Paraguay has been developing and investing increasingly in the modernization of its infrastructure, with emphasis on the major work on the Bioceânica bridge, which will enable the mega highway that will connect the country to the Brazil and Chile.

(Bridge over the Paraguay River that consolidates the Bioceanic Route should be delivered in the first half of 2025)

Sandrin is currently present in several projects throughout the country, delivering projects with a unique identity that reflect quality, elegance, modernity and creating environments that transcend the expectations of its different audiences.
